Step 3, heat the mold: Heat the mold on low heat until it is really hot. Divide the dough into 2 parts.

Step 4, cook the dough: Pour the batter into the preheated pan. Wait until the surface is foamy / there are small holes, sprinkle enough sugar to cover until cooked.

Step 5, remove the martabak: After it is cooked, remove the martabak and cover it briefly with a napkin or cover the pot and then add the topping to your liking, don't forget to brush with butter and the surface of the martabak to make it more moist. Cut and serve.
